Toyrock Oy acquires PS-Lelut Oy’s business
Toyrock Oy has today closed the deal of acquiring PS-Lelut Oy business. Along with the trade Toyrock Oy will represent in the Finnish market the following trademarks: Sohni-Wicke, Rolly – Toys, Ferbedo and Unice. The agreement will take a place on October 23, 2020.
“Corporate acquisition will strengthen Toyrock Oy position in the Finnish toy market. It will also support organization’s growth strategy by improving product assortment with high quality and commercial products. The broader assortment enables us to service both our present and new customer significantly better”, Mika Kalpamaa, the Managing director, comments on the acquisition.
