Ilmapallokeskus Balloon Center Oy will carry out a partial demerger

Ilmapallokeskus Balloon Center Oy will carry out a partial demerger effective 1 June 2026, as follows:

Wholesale (Party) will transfer to Toyrock Oy.
Event sales (Events) will transfer to a new company, Ilmapallokeskus Events Oy.
Juhlamaailma retail business (Retail) will continue to operate within Ilmapallokeskus Balloon Center Oy, as before.

When each business area operates as its own company, we can further develop our services and provide clearer and more efficient solutions for our customers. The change will also allow us to focus more strongly on the needs of each customer group and to develop our services in a more long-term and dedicated way.
