Country Sales Manager to Norway

At Toyrock Group, we create playful moments through toys, games and celebrations across the Nordics. Our business is growing steadily in Norway, and we are now looking for a Country Sales Manager to lead our Norwegian sales operations.
This is a key leadership role combining commercial responsibility, management and hands-on customer work. You will play a central role in strengthening customer relationships, driving profitable growth and developing our market position in Norway.
Your role and responsibilities
As Country Sales Manager Norway, you are responsible for the overall sales performance of the country operation. Your key tasks include:
- Achieving sales and gross margin targets
- Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to drive growth
- Managing and developing key accounts, while also handling customers yourself
- Working closely with category, purchasing, marketing, logistics and finance teams
- Managing sales assortments together with the category team
- Forecasting and reporting
- Monitoring market trends, competitors and customer needs
What we expect from you
We are looking for someone with strong commercial drive and leadership experience. You bring:
- Previous experience in a sales leadership or management role
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales performance
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team
- Strong understanding of wholesale and distribution
- Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Strong communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term partnerships
- Fluency in Norwegian and good working proficiency in English
- Good ICT skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Relevant business education or equivalent experience
